Southwest Service Administrators is currently hiring an Eligibility Processor. This position focuses on processing contributions and self-payments as well as meeting monthly processing deadlines.
Knowledge of COBRA rules helpful.
Ability to read and comprehend instructions, correspondence, and memos.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to operate a personal computer, photocopier and scanner.
Ability to type a minimum of 35 wpm and 8000 kph (10Key).
Experience with Microsoft Office Applications, including Word and Excel. Must be able to create spreadsheets using formulas.
Excellent organizational skills.
Ability to deal professionally with different types of personalities by phone or in person.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to stand or sit for long periods of time.
